WHAT ARE MVMT LABS?

MVMT LABS is a monthly embodiment laboratory — a smaller, more intimate container than Sol Dance, designed for depth, relational practice, and consistent embodied education.

Each session is facilitator-led, structured, and intentionally sized to create real connection. Where Sol Dance is the communal celebration, MVMT LABS is the dedicated practice space.

We created it to support facilitators within our community, to make embodied education consistent and accessible, and to offer a lower-barrier entry point into deeper practice.

$20 early registration · $25 at the door
